Gasunie joins Nord Stream as shareholder
RBC, 20.06.2008, Moscow 15:57:24.The Dutch-based Gasunie was included in the register of shareholders of Nord Stream on June 10, 2008, Gazprom's press office said. According to the agreement between Gazprom and Gasunie, the Dutch company received 9 percent of Nord Stream AG, while the shares of E.On Ruhrgas and Wintershall Holding shrank 4.5 percent each. As a result, alongside the Dutch company's stake, Gazprom holds 51 percent, Wintershall Holding and E.On Ruhrgas now have 20 percent each.
